How does the program work?
Once you sign up you will receive a collection of emails that includes details instructions on how the program works. These emails will include journaling prompts, worksheets, tips, tricks and guidelines. After you complete this initial journaling work we will take the data you have collected and use it to create a Food Map that will outline the best foods for your to eat to help you on your journey. Each following month we dive deeper into food programming, journal analysis and goal setting to proactively propel you to becoming a well nourished and stronger human being.
